Every day, students in primary, lower elementary, and upper elementary enter into Ms. Lockwood's world of art and creativity. As students learn to interact with different materials like watercolors, oil pastels, and color sticks, they create unique pieces of art that represent their childlike wonder and imagination. Ms. Lockwood facilitates opportunities for students to explore their creative sides through different projects that vary in medium. From creating name portfolios, fall and Halloween collages, and even printmaking, Ms. Lockwood has something for everyone!

This semester, I had the privilege of documenting all three levels of Ms. Lockwood's art classes. Through capturing moments between students and Ms. Lockwood, I was transported back into the nostalgia of art class--the colorful memories I made and the sheer joy of creating.
