Ms. Patil is one of Morehead Montessori Magnet Elementary School's many teachers. In this video we see a simplified version of how the students in her classroom spend a typical day at school. The students start their day off with learning academics before heading to their "specials", a period in which they enrich their learning with classes such as art, Spanish, P.E., and more.

I want to give thanks to Ms. Patil for being so flexible with her classroom environment and being so willing to accommodate my schedule, helping me complete my project by facilitating moments of Montessori-style learning. It was a wonderful and comfortable experience photographing the classroom. I also want to give thanks to the students for being well behaved and themselves. Without you my project would have no core, and so I thank you for your collaboration. Finally, I would like to thank the school for allowing me to come and take photographs, making all this possible.
